If you are a college student or a professional who works with college students, BE THE PERSON | 2012 is designed to give you a one-of-a-kind learning experience. Phired Up and RESPONSE ABILITY have partnered to offer a truly innovative anti-conference.  Learn to be the best version of you. Dare to intervene in problem situations. Lead your organizations and community by mastering relationships. Choose to fill your life with rich, meaningful connections.  Gain confidence in all social situations.  Become a hero in problem situations you encounter.  This learning experience prepares anyone involved in college communities to maximize their social abilities. 

A persons life is defined by the way they relate with others.  Leadership, career success, reputation, and personal integrity all depend on the choices we make in every moment.  This event prepares participants to be the leader, be the change agent, be the hero, BE THE PERSON they want to be.
